LOW ASH CONTENT
Ash is important parameter for measuring carbon content.
Since we carefully monitor the supply and sorting of incoming raw materials, we have the opportunity to use mostly wood or biomass from wood.
The main species are birch and hornbeam.
Since these types of trees have less resin and also less ash after pyrolysis compared to pine or spruce.
LOV VOLATILE MATTER
In the pyrolysis process we use certain types of wood that have a low resin concentration, in addition to the high pyrolysis temperature we are able to maintain a low content of volatile substances.
LOW MOISTURE
Humidity level is important for various applications of biochar.
According to our technology, we produce biochar with the lowest moisture content, since in some cases this can negatively affect industrial production processes.
HIGH C-FIX LEVEL
Having full control over the duration and temperature conditions of pyrolysis, we guarantee our customers high quality and undoubtedly a high carbon (C-Fix) level of our products.
